Crooked Ewe Brewery Ale House

The beers are pretty good and they have a decent variety depending on your taste, however for being a brewery the food price is a little up there for the quality and quantity that you get, will probably just get beers next time i stop through.

Don’t go just for the food. It’s a brewery with decent enough food. It’s busy and sticky. Food tastes ok, fresh and homemade as in not from a microwaved SYSCO bag. Maybe their fusion plates are tastier than the traditional ones? In fairness, nothing beats St Louis bbq for us and for Southbend this is great for overall vibe.

Fantastic service! I believe we had Brooke. She was attentive, friendly, informative, and she was working hard in the warm weather. Food was tasty, drinks were great, everything was clean and pleasant. I’ve been here quite a few times and it’s always a good experience.

Beers were decent, really enjoyed the cider. Jenny was very attentive and friendly. The food came out fast, I was impressed. This is a must go to if you’re staying nearby.

We’ve gone to Crooked Ewe in the past and have had great experiences, but this place has drastically gone downhill. It started off with a hostess that seemed pretty disinterested in her job and couldn’t give us a proper wait time. A lot of blame was placed on being graduation weekend for many of the local colleges, but the restaurant really wasn’t that busy and the staff would’ve had ample time to prepare for this weekend. Once seated, I ordered the ribeye and it was one of the most disappointing steaks I’ve ever seen. Completely overcooked and unseared. I really hope Crooked Ewe can get back to what they’ve been in the past.
