Chipotle Mexican Grill - South Bend

Great Chipotle experience! The staff were friendly and helpful, with one lady even guiding me on where to scan my barcode while I waited for my parents to order. The restroom was well-kept and attractive. The burrito was incredibly tasty. Indoor seating is currently unavailable due to COVID-19, but the outdoor benches are lovely, comfortable, and spaced at a safe distance from each other.

Undercooked rice, overbooked chicken. Service was slow too. The young lady struggled to roll the burrito too. They need better training.

I came last Thursday and a very big gentleman named Wyatt treated my food and it was the best service that ever got deserved an increase 10/10!

This experience was not as good as recent visits. Girl that made the food had an attitude and the way the food looks is evidence of that. Tried putting items on my bowl before asking me or me saying it was an item I wanted. Her coworker was also commenting to her how bad the bowl looked and the mess she made while making it.

The portion sizes at this restaurant are extremely small! Typically, I find the food sizes at other Chipotle locations to be too big for me, but here, they barely fill me up. Additionally, if you order online and they are out of certain items, they do not provide extra of other items, resulting in very little food. I would prefer if they simply canceled my order when they cannot fulfill it.
