Arby's - South Bend

I had the best fast food experience in a long time at this restaurant. I used the drive-thru and the employee was friendly and efficient. I didn't have to repeat my order and received everything I had asked for. The food was fresh and delicious.

The customer service was excellent. This is the top fast food restaurant in the area.

The employees were very nice and the service was quick and efficient.

Roast beef seemed old. - Some kind of chewing gum. Everything else was good. I've never had that before!

Slow and not so nice_update.I decided to give Arbys another chance , oh boy I had to wait to clam down a week before I wrote this.I want to be fair but the Manager there is insane. Not only is she lazy and rude but she not above lying and actually breaking the law. I went in there and ordered a coke or Pepsi .It was special hrs 2-5 pm dollar menu. She said 1o7 sir I repil ed I only had a dollar but it was 90 plus out I'm 60 yrs old with COPD was feeling very faint and couldn't I at least have. some water for my dollar she said I need 1.07.So I left went to the gas station that's part of the same building and asked for help the man there immediately came to my aid with cold bottled water and low dose aspirin and wouldn't take payment paid FOR Me out his own pocket.I went back into Arbyshaving to take some photos for the review.The manager asked me what I was doing, I told her taking photos for your Google review.She then informed me that I was going to jail.So I took that as she didn't want me in there so I left.As I was riding away on my bike she accosted me in the parking lot with a phone to her ear and asked why you leaving? I repiled cause I don't like you.Then she said where you going? I said to file my review. I waved goodbye.To be fair if she wasn't happy with me for any reason she could have asked me to leave.She never asked me to leave.
