Come to the window and three people couldn't figure out how to get the bar code for my deal through the app to work. Than they couldn't figure out tap pay using my phone and made me come inside. Came inside and had to reorder. While inside reordering, I thought I'd just order a coffee aswell since i was already waiting anyway. Order a coffee a vanilla coffee and the employee tries to had me a large orange frosty.... I told them that's not what I wanted and they than try and double charge me. The coffee was literslly 20 cents more than the dang frosted I didn't want. They give me my food and coffee and I check the food and it's ice cold. I say something and the lady gave additude but replaced the food. So recapTldr:Tried to go through drive through. They mare me come inside because they can't figure out how to put a phone up against their card reader. They mess up my order. Twice. And try to double charge me than give me cold food. Bad experience. Never again. All of us leaving reviews at this point deserve refunds because jeeze man.
How the manager this morning got their job I will never know. Extremely rude over a missing item and wouldn't even give their bosses name. Cold food and cold service.
It okay when it morning and afternoon but at night don’t go because sometime they will give you pink meat but they chicken is good and fries
For the past year their food has been fast but it’s never ever hot. Every single time I’ve gone the french fries are old and cold, and I think the meat is already prepped this last time will be my last time.
Complete fraud with their advertising and specials. Beware. Reporting false pictures prices and advertising to corporate. F
