Bucciferro Family Mcdonald's

Truck stop area.. food was fast and good.but the vibe was very off. A huge truck blocked the drive thru. The guy had to get out of the truck to get the money that fell. This one guy kept walking back and forward in the drive thru.. that was sketch.... but he was wearing like construction gear so maybe it was just a rando guy.. I dunno I also didn't get an item. I asked for. Soon ehhhh

We sat at the drive-thru speaker for almost 8 minutes, not in line just at the menu board. The employee just kept saying they needed another minute to take care of another customer. I asked if it would be better if we came inside. The response was I just need a minute. Well, 8 minutes later, they took our order. Now, there were a bunch of cars behind us. We drove up to the second window and waited about 7 minutes. We only saw one worker. To top it off, the fries were greasey, not crunchy at all, and the 1/4 pounders were luke warm at best. We had not been to a McDonald's in a while. Is this normal now? When he handed us our food, not one word came out of his mouth. He just handed the bag to me and closed the window. If this was my first trip, I would never eat there again.

Food is very expensive! I will not be back! Can get better food same price at a good restaurant. The shakes are always like milk. Not very thick.

No one was at the front to take orders for several minutes. Then they deliberately took someone else that was not there first. (They knew them by name-possibly a regular truck driver that frequently stops there.)The workers making the food were slow as molasses. .... I decided to not even order. I walked away and opted for bad gas station food instead.
