Bucciferro Family Mcdonald's

No napkins, no sauce on chicken sandwiches, all the food tasted and smelled rancid so we are not eating it. I feel genuinely sick. Do not eat at this hole excuse of a McDonald's. Which is saying a lot because the McDonald's bar is already low.

Management is rude! today April 10th 2022 your manager refused service to a trucker driver. she wouldn 't allowed him, his son or wife enter the lobby cuz she was by herself. she also wouldn 't let him park his truck to come to the window or speaker to place an order. note would she do a Mobil order due to the fact she would have to leave the store unattended to bring them their food. I 've worked for this priticular location and state street for many yrs. I know for a fact that if you do not allow truckers to order from the window you are suppose to have a spot for the to park and make a Mobil order. she refused to do either. nor would she open the doors to them. she then proceeded to yall at a gas station attending who said the same thing I did. stop giving out false information I also know for a fact that even if your stuck on your own you still open the doors. your not allowed to refuse service. not to mention it was suppose to be open at 6am an wouldn 't open it until after 7am.

Forgot our drink. 20 minutes to get a sandwich. Full staff yet 4 were just sitting around.

It took 3 people to get my egg McMuffin right. They kept trying to give me a sausage McMuffin. They all spoke English so I'm not sure what the problem was. I finally ended up paying for both just so I could go. Don't stop here!

Went to get my son a cheese burger like we do every other night said they close at 9. We got to the drive thru at 8:54 no answer drive to window um sorry we are closed why did you close early? manager told us to close so who knows when they will be open
