Red Shell makes delicious Japanese sauces. You can use them straight or mix to create amazing flavors. The teriyaki is legendary. The miso dressing is my favorite salad dressing. They are thick, sweet savory sauces.

I find this dressing positively addicting. While I usually avoid premade salad dressings because of taste, I find this one perfect. This dressing has no overbearing acidic aftertaste which I abhor. This dressing seems mild to me. I enjoy the amount of miso taste in it. Much like a good miso broth. I find it excellent with greens of any kind. It's the perfect match for a simple salad of greens, shrimp, small tomatoes and onions. The dressing doesn't really equate to the standard fare that you find on most supermarket shelves. It's a little different. I enjoyed this dressing so much I experimented with it and other types of foods. In most cases is was a great compliment. Then I went goofy, and tried it on a half rack ribs. I figured if I blew it I wouldn't be wasting much. It turned out to a very pleasant experience, and oh so tasty. Darren
