As a native from the asacic village that visited my family with my family from the united kingdom, we used the opportunity to visit this old time favorit our on good Friday to dinner to enjoy a typical tarte flambee. eating was really pretty good. but the service unprofessional, slow, unstoppable, unapocal and so inconspicuous. if they go in such a restaurant for tarte-fambee, a kind of white pizza with double cream, speck and swirling, they would serve them and bring them the next until they ask them to stop. it is fast, tasty, informal, smple and of great value. If you're with kids, you want them to take care of them first. Nothing. drinks were mixed, straws were forgotten, pointed out, not delivered. the only answer from the waiter, when I initiated this, I only have two hands. After the first Tarte comb nothing had happened, had to stand on the look for the waiter and ask if something else happened. No, they didn't order anything!? when the children (4) were finished, we ordered desserts. after 10mn, be afraid to have to wait again too long, we asked the waiter whether the desserts come, we were told to let them check me to say 5mn later they were not started, they want to wait or cancel .no excuses. we canceled the attitude, rather upset and said it would take too long. we were there 1h30mn on the stage. the dame owner came two minutes later asking if there was a problem. we explained the situation calmly and were told whether they are in haste that not the way we work here. no excuses, no effort to fix it, no effort to turn the situation. with a little empathy and real efforts to fix it, we would have understood, but as a gastfreundschaft profi with 30 years experience, what a shame that they do not stop turning the situation. In summary, if they are not in a hurry and not especially looking for friendly service, go and enjoy la carpe . Otherwise, try one of the numerous local restaurant, especially la croix d'or, right in the center of the village, where the owners apparently take care of. quel dommage.

I and my man had an amazing culinary experience in this cozy restaurant in the alsacian. Eating was really good, serving large and the quality and taste amazing. service was also really good, the owners serve them with a beautiful smile on their faces and made a great effort to explain the menu elements in a slow French so that we could understand. they even gave us a free glass kakao for the desert. we loved it!

We often have the opportunity to come to the carp on Friday (group of retirees)I appreciate the dish is always good and the card is well providedit is a restaurant or I come back with the smile and I go out with the smile. The scenery is great. I find it easy to park by running.
