The Garden - SORRENTO

Expensive for what it was. Service wasn’t good. The location definitely pulls people in. I wouldn’t go back. Food quality was poor despite the higher prices compared to other restaurants in the area and this was disappointing.

I thought the prices were expensive, the cheapest wine is 8 euros for 100ml. So cheap house wine by the glass equates to 60 euros per 75cl!! The waiters were patronising and were very over friendly with the American people looking at very expensive wines. Not a great experience.

I had a traumatic experience here. My friends and I were looking at the menu and the waiters told us we were taking too much time to decide and that it was not a bar, order food with our drinks or get out. We were sworn at and it was horrible.

The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere. the brought zucchini flower is excellent, so is her pizza and her fish plates. it is quite expensive, but it is worth it.

After we spent a week in sorrento, this was our best food selection of the week. the truffle tagliatelle was amazing. only on the bottom was the size of the portion because it was so moorish!
