Il Focacciaio Di Sori

The mouthpiece is my absolute favorite pizza of all Genoa. Excellent matching, wide variety, super dough. You can't ask better. I'm very kind, and I absolutely think it's a pizza to try!

Location: in the center of Sori; nothing of which in terms of interior Menu: pizzas and pizzas and good flours but how you can eat in other places of the area. Service: great painful note. Friendly staff yes, but since you sat down when the pizza arrived at the table passed over an hour and 10 minutes. Chaotic, disorganized service; one of the girls who needed to turn around the tables while eating, with the mouth buccone. No proposals and/or offers knowing well the times of the table; if they had brought qlc in the wait already the impact of the customer would have changed. We're not here. Price: in standard. Ps... Reading some reviews more than one reports the same issues in time. We've been in the middle of the week, I can't imagine the expansion of time. A lot to see.

Pizza is undoubtedly great, but the slowness of the service is at the limits of the exasperating. The pizzas went out two at a time, we ate all staggered and, when the last one arrived, the first to eat had finished for at least half an hour. 1 hour and 1/2 for 8 pizzas. When we pointed it out, at the time of paying, they kindly replied that if we are running it is our problem, we had to get there first. And from Liguria is everything.

In my opinion, the best cheese I've eaten, like other locations in Recco (with the difference that costs less). Small but cozy location, very simple without any pretense, but this makes you appreciate even more the product. Only very small neo, the service is slightly slow.

I booked the table for two at 8:00 a.m. after an hour without asking if we wanted the dessert or the coffee comes the waiter telling us to leave the table because he needed for other customers something INCONCEPIBILE....to never come back again even for joke... and not recommended at most...
