Bidra med feedbackAfter a nice day hike on the winter snow trails around Sorenberg we had a delicious meal in Chäs Stübli, which is now under new management. The decor is classic rustic Swiss with candles and balls, warm wood fittings and historical photos of winter sports in black and white. The nice staff was very helpful and friendly, and the owner's daughter could help with the translation. My son said the garlic sauce that accompanied the steak on a hot stone (CHF 41) was the best he had ever eaten. I enjoyed a classic fondue (CHF 27) with my daughter, accompanied by a red wine from Valais. The restaurant also serves excellent local Eichhof beer from Lucerne. The desserts were very drawn in local recipes, with an excellent Willisauer Ringli, a really delicious, cold sweet on the basis of the Biscuit winery from the canton. My wife enjoyed the light carrot cake. We would return 100%
The restaurant has recently been very successfully renovated. the stübli has succeeded and also the toilets have been renovated.The service is very polite and courteous. I was able to reserve a table on the day before, although the restaurant was fully booked and had to push something. thanks again for the Effort. In the menu there is something for everyone and the quality is very good.We like to come back to all cases.

Great ambiance, authentic eating, very beautiful decoration. very nice service and a very original menu. a visit can only be recommended.
