Dutch Bros Coffee - Sonoma

Finished the work day with my wife and I dining at the Girl and the Fig and stopped at Dutch Brothers on Broadway at 750pm tonight, Tuesday. A nice young gal came out and took my order for a regular cup of coffee and she asked me if would like my cream and sugar on the side, very thoughtful and I said Yes. Well, my wife and I were talking and not in a rush so about 4 6 minutes later I looked up and realized the same car that was there when we pulled up was still there. I observed a young guy Dark bushy hair and heavy set was laughing and talking with the occupant of the car in front of us. Luckily the nice young gal came out and got my order right and apologized for the guy and thanked us. Great service from her but arrogant and poor service from this guy. Recommend promote her to Manager and fire this clown for not caring about customer service. The two stars belong to the young gal. Coffee was good too!

Super slow drive-thru, two lanes merge into one right before the window so it gets very confusing at times. They need two windows serving cars and probably a better location than an old gas station. The drinks were good and that was the only bright spot to this location.

Dutch bros in sonoma is amazing, really good coffee and costume service it is excellent, especially the morning shift, emilia is awesome, she is friendly, fast and always makes my coffee delicious. she got up so early! altogether Dutch coffee is so good to stop and enjoy a cup of delicious coffee and our beautiful sonoma and it is human.
