Landhotel Sonnenbuehl

We booked in the Landhotel sonnenbühl. the booking was already confusing, some guests had no room, others were double booked. the rooms were clean and as described. breakfast was very disappointing, there were not enough rolls and the water for the coffee machine had to be filled by the guests themselves. no plates were deleted. the service was bad. other prices were also mentioned in the billing as agreed at the time of booking. Rooms were awarded to other guests so that in the end there was allegedly no room occupied, the keys were exchanged during the issue.

Lovely rustic hotel with restaurant and bar on site. Apparently the only bar in town as locals will rock up most nights. I’ve stayed here about 5 times and some rooms are good. Some are not. The under floor heating makes up for the bad stays though. Breakfast is shocking but dinner is great. Beer is delicious and service delightful.
