Cafe Vivo 108 假日早午餐時間，非常愜意悠閒自在的氣氛，沒有想像中的吵雜，比較多是附近住戶打扮的客人來用餐，空間座位寬敞。 餐點部分，牛肉漢堡的肉汁很多，裡面有起司洋蔥番茄，很道地的美式牛肉堡，但好像沒有特別熱，可能漢堡的麵包只有烤上半部沒有烤熱下半部。 雞排漢堡的肉味道偏淡，但是雞肉很嫩，很吃。 漢堡都有附薯條，薯條很酥脆。 飲品熱巧克力有綿綿的奶泡，滿大一杯的。 蛋糕部分，要看現場櫃內的蛋糕，這天點了乳酪蛋糕，不太甜也不膩，意外地非常好吃！
空間寬敞舒適，也有插座位，非常適合來工作或聚會聊天。 低消是任點一杯飲品或餐食，無服務費。飲品品項多，餐食也有許多選擇，重點是飲品意想不到居然是民生社區最平價！！ 簡直挖到寶
