Bidra med feedbackThis restaurant underwent a change in ownership a few years ago. It is currently run by a woman who primarily speaks a language other than English. The menu offerings are not as varied as they once were, with a daily rotation of dishes like gaeng som, gaeng phet, mixed vegetables, and a couple of changing options. The tom-yum made with banana plant and coconut milk is particularly tasty. Occasionally, she serves dishes such as red pork, sweet pork, and duck. I visited the restaurant a few times when I was working nearby. The owner is not always present, but keeps the establishment open for business. I assisted myself and left payment as needed. The menu becomes quite limited after 3 pm.
The restaurant is simple and modestly decorated. The variety of dishes can vary from day to day. It may not be worth venturing out if you are staying in the central area, but it is still a decent option. Two dishes with rice cost around 30 baht and provide a satisfying portion of food.
This restaurant has undergone new ownership in recent years. It is now managed by a single woman who does not speak English. The menu has decreased in variety compared to before, with mainly pre-prepared dishes such as gaeng som, gaeng phet, mixed vegetables, and a couple of rotating options. The tom yum made with banana plant and coconut milk stands out as a highlight. Occasionally, mock meats like red pork, sweet pork, and duck are also available. I have visited this restaurant multiple times as I used to work nearby. The owner is not always present but keeps the shop open for self-service, where customers can leave money for their meal. The selection becomes very limited after 3pm.
This restaurant underwent a change in ownership a few years ago. It is now operated by a woman who is often on her own and does not speak English. The menu selection is not as extensive as it used to be, with a consistent offering of dishes like gaeng som, gaeng phet, mixed vegetables, and a few changing dishes. One standout dish is the tonne prepared with banana plant and coconut milk. Occasionally, the restaurant offers mock meat options like red boar and sweet boar. I have been here a few times before when I worked nearby. The restaurant can sometimes be closed, but the owner leaves the door open for customers to enter. I have helped myself and left money on those occasions. It is worth noting that the selection is very limited after 3 o'clock.
The restaurant is simply decorated with a basic interior. The food quality can vary from day to day. It's not exceptional, but not bad either. The two rice dishes cost only 30 baht and come in a generous portion. It's worth a visit if you're in the central area.
