Bidra med feedbackAbsolutely unprofessionally run resort. The worst ever encountered in my last 25 years of travel in India. No concept of service or hygeine or punctuality. No bottled water, nor toiletries in the rooms. When asked, there was one 500 ml bottle provided, reluctantly, the next day morning...! While Haritha Araku Valley provides two 1 ltr bottles..!! I wonder why the entitlements are not displayed clearly by the Resort. Unclean and unkempt bathrooms. No toilet paper provided. Fresh towels have to be asked for. Morning tea is served in paper cups, and it's better I don't talk about the quality of the tea. That's a different story altogether. Apparently, the restaurant is functional for dinner only, again served in aluminium foil in dirty black plastic plates with no cutlery. Cutlery has to be requested for separately. No drinking glasses in the rooms. So called complimentary breakfast is served at 9.30 am in paper plastic bags tied down in some thread. And they charge an exorbitant charge of Rs 2800 per night. No separate enclosed wash area provided for guests when they return from the Beach. Could prevent so much dirtying of bathrooms, corridors and rooms. No application of mind or heart by the Resort staff or management. Appalling state of affairs at this AP Tourism Resort, Haritha. Understandably the management of the Resort has been offloaded contracted out to a Third Party agency. And AP Tourism, sadly, has trounced the resort and has surrendered all ownership of the place. Such a waste of a beautiful location and a business opportunity. Discouraging state of affairs. P.S: The bathroom cleaning lady was constantly bugging me to give her money. This was happening in front of the Resort reception. When declined, the woman began bad mouthing in front of the reception staff. Sadly, none of the Hotel staff had the courtesy or the gumption to dissuade the woman. Sad..!
Good accommodation and food at reasonable rate.Beach and sea view is good
