Cafe du nord sommieres

My wife and I generally visit cafe du north after a bike tour. the patron is very friendly and always happy to conduct talks. we enjoy a couple of beers, filled baguettes, some chips/feries and coffee. we sit at the river and watch the world. Finally we go up a steep hill. will I have gone back? we do it regularly!

Good position to have a drink, but not very special. the waiter was friendly enough, but a bit scary and uncomfortable. drinks were all good and prices not too bad for the height in summer in sommieres.

Language problems were undoubtedly the original for me not to get the 3 curs 13 euro menu du jour which I ordered. they brought only one of my courses and calculated me 10.50 euro on a la carte basis. it was too late in. the day to claim the other two courses and pay an additional 2,50 euro, the worst part was that the entrecote she served me was full of gristle, hard and tasteless! I left the half of the so-called steaks and went back to my car shaved my head, what a flop of a lunch.
