Legal Sea Foods- Somerville

Our party of 4 was celebrating a family member's birthday. Everyone was very happy with the food and we were especially impressed with the level of service that we received. Our server was outstanding.

Waitress was non-existent. There was a spill(glass got knocked over reaching for a roll) and when I did get her attention she brought a bar towel and handed it to me to clean up the table. Then she left the garbage from cleaning up on the table. Took almost a half hour to get the check and cash out. Could see the server in the back laughing and talking while I sat there. Had my kids leave while I continued to wait to pay it was so long. Never actually asked how of meal was or offered condiments. Food was average for adults. Best meal was my toddlers kids meal. Lots of choices for kids which is nice. Overall, not impressed and would not return.

As if the Celtics winning was not great enough, Legal Seafood did an amazing job with a celebration offer. For $18, we enjoyed a lobster, potatoes, and corn. Our server Ruben was absolutely spectacular and on point with everything! Looking forward to our next visit.

This food waa a disappointment. The crispy fish was limp. The sushi roll waa mostly rice, hardly any fish. The waitress brought salmon sashimi instead of tuna sashimi. Only the table buns were good. Way over priced for low quality food

Chose Legal's Mystic in Assembly Row for a party of 5 as it's usually consistent for fresh fish and high quality... sadly this location was not the usual higher standard I've experienced in other locations. The tuna I ordered smelled tasted very fishy... it was inedible as was the salmon. Service was slow and we were charged for a round of drinks that were ordered but, had never arrived. We had 3 different mistakes on the bill we had to have adjusted as well. I would not recommend this location
