Not sure if these “new” people they have working at this Dunkin Donuts. But they look possibly Philippino . I asked the lady on the speaker if she can add no ice to my order because I was not going to drink the coffee right away. Now I understood they’re rules and understood they have to charge 1.50 if you don’t get ice . But she kept going on and on. Then I get to the window and she’s talking about me with her coworkers VERY LOUD. So I told the boy at the window that it’s bad for business to have your coworkers talking about someone paying them and super loud. He didn’t say sorrry or nothing just a oh okay. PLEASE HIRE PEOPLE THAT WILL NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS DOWN. BECAUSE WHO YOU HIRE REFLECTS ON YOUR BUSINESS.

The service at this restaurant is extremely poor. The manager is rude and disrespectful to customers.

Waited over 15 minutes for 2 donuts and a large coffee. To get to the window and them to tell me they were out of the 2 donuts I ordered.
