Mitchell's Ice Cream - Solon

The vegan flavors are crafted with high-quality ingredients. The sorbets tend to be quite sweet, at least for my taste, while the ice creams strike the perfect balance of sweetness. My favorite is the seasonal pistachio; you can actually see whole pistachios throughout, almost resembling pistachio butter. I took a pint home and received three free cones (both the sugar and cake cones are listed as vegan in the vegan offers section dated 9/30/21). How fantastic is that? The ice cream shop Mitchell in Solon has recently been expanded and renovated. It is located just west of Som Center Street in a strip mall. The usual four vegan options are delicious, and there are sometimes seasonal additions available. You can enjoy the ice cream on-site or purchase pints to take home.
