Acapulcos - Soldotna

This restaurant is a favorite for our family! We adore the ambiance, the cuisine, and the staff. During the winter, it is less crowded and we receive excellent service. In the summer, it gets very busy but the food quality remains top-notch.

My wife loves this place and if she's happy, then I'm happy. This restaurant has the best Mexican food in the state.

Ordered takeout. Our order was ready when we got there and food was hot. We had shredded beef tacos and rellanos dinners and Flan for dessert. Everything was delicious and the Flan was to die for.

We tried the fish tacos and huevos rancheros. Coming from Texas and San Diego, both known for great Mexican food, our expectations were high. While this place didn't quite meet our high standards, it was good overall. The dishes were a bit lacking in flavor, but we would still be willing to dine here again.

Fajita supreme is pretty amazing here. Little bit of waiting if there's alot of people but definitely worth the wait.
