Domino's Pizza - Soignies

The person who took our order over the phone seemed a bit confused but was very polite. Perhaps they were new and still learning. It's important to be patient and understanding with them. The pizzas were delicious. Overall, a good experience.

The staff at this restaurant is fantastic! I changed my mind twice about my order, but they remained patient and friendly with a big smile. It was a pleasant experience ordering. The pizza I had was delicious and piping hot, with generous toppings. Thank you very much!

I placed an order through Takeaway just before 10:00. The app stated that the delivery time would be 50 minutes. However, the restaurant had already closed by then, so I thought I was out of luck. To my surprise, the delivery guy called me and informed me that he was outside my house. When I opened the door, I was shocked to see not one, but three delivery drivers holding my order, along with a 1.5 liter bottle of Coke Zero and a container of ice as compensation. They all apologized sincerely, which I found to be very kind. I give the team 5 stars for their excellent service.

Not being delivered is the best. Otherwise correct pizzas, it remains a big chain we can’t ask for the quality of a real pizzeria. Personal I had to do was nice.

Never two without three. It's not the pizza I ordered.
