This branch is prefers to only cook spicy chicken. If you want original you have to wait more than 20 minutes. In my case they were understaffed and waited over 30..

After 2 hours of ordering, they called and asked whether you want your order or you want to cancel it. Pathetic service.

WORST service for online order. We order a bucket at 8:15pm, they said delivery time is at 9:15pm. Waited upto 9:20pm and call them they told us they will deliver after 5-10mins. After waiting upto 10pm we decided to eat other food. We received a call at 11:20pm and they are asking if we want their food?? Better don't do this online service if you can't provide proper services.

The staff seriously need an overhaul. First they keep you waiting in the queue till they deliver the order made before you, one keeps on standing there looking at their faces to take the order. After ordering, they took much more time (i think more than 15 minutes against the committed time), I ask them I need to complain for your service, he said please do that no problem and turned away. I haven 't seen this kind of staff even in other local fast food branches. I can 't give less than 01 star, they need a big zero. KFC need to take action to improve the services...at least teach them how to do customer dealing.

Good food but little slow. Overall I liked it and recommend others as well. Chicken not very oily
