Lægreid's Puben - Sogndal

The room was great, but the laundry service was a nightmare! We left the clothes and said they were ready the next morning. The next morning we said our clothes were ready tonight. That evening our clothes were wet and said they were ready the next morning. Therefore, my children had to wear their pyjamas on our Fjord cruise, then nothing had to wear this night. Manager said it wasn't her problem and the most unprofessional person I've ever been through.

We were there on one of those very rare hot days. It was 29° Celsius and then it began to rain and it rose to about 15° The room had warmed to 29°, but would not cool afterwards. Largest output was the Windows, one of them only for approx. 10cm could be opened, I went to the lobby and asked for the key to be able to properly open the window, she told me that this is not allowed, I asked if it could come, open the windows for... 10 minutes right and then close them again rejected at the end we had to slerp in an incredibly heated room. I'd rather have slept in the car. There is much more that went wrong, but only either sleep in the car o go somewhere else this hotel is not worth spending money!

An old, but nice hotel. It is placed in a quiet area. Near the hotel is a small parking which is free only between 17:00 and 8:00 hours. The breakfast is very good and varied. You can find eggs, sausages, cheese, fish, vegetables, jams, butter, fruits, coffee, milk, juices, etc.

Thank you. They have doubled us for our stay and will not refund us. We booked on Priceline when we arrived that we had to pay. However, when we checked our credit card, the price line had already charged us. When we asked for a refund, they said they lost our payment!! How is it even possible if everything is computerized? They lie so they don't have to refund us. We even sent a proof of payment. This Gong show has begun since September. Not here.

Very friendly staff and beautiful rooms Breakfast was delicious — tons of egg, bread, milk and coffee options. Very nice hotel in town. If you're looking for a place to stay in Sogndal, it's that!
