Beautiful room, very friendly staff, great breakfast and a good sleep.

It is a good hotel in a beautiful natural environment. the room was clean and tidy. walls are somewhat thin, so they can hear their neighbours. but it didn't disturb much. the restaurant just changed the menu and they were pretty slow. Nevertheless, we were warned against the door, so we decided to do so. in the future, the recipeist tried to sell the breakfast package (16.5 EUR/p) and to tell us all the beautiful omelets, pfannkuchen, eier, bacon etc. at 9:30 was the warm breakfast a.k.a all up (this was 1 hour before the end of the breakfast). the dame who took care of the breakfast was irritated only by asking her for more, then she might say she can do later bacon. I found it in a 4 star hotel. many other people came after us and they were not satisfied either. Nevertheless, the manager has treated our complaint professionally and respectfully, so overall our experience was great!

Was there just for a few drinks after a family occasion. The place is tidy, the service friendly and the drinks and a few side orders arrived quickly and were good. The place is definitely upscale but the bill wasn't for me, so on that I cannot comment.
