Vollerup Kro - Soenderborg

Worst food and service I have ever experienced in the price class. The owner denies everything although he was not present and is not to speak. We held my little brother's confirmation back in April this year on Vollerup kro and it was the worst experience of this kind of establishment I have ever been out. To make a long list of complaint points of the food card, I can say that: 1. The way was cold 2. The main right was nothing and not properly prepared, and more things were running dry for even though it was not homemade but bought the finished. 3. The Dessert should be with fruit, a blueberries and a very small piece of melon I will describe as decoration. For the service, I can say: 1. The servants were not to get hold of, and were practically not visible. 2. They didn’t come and asked about the food tasted, and most importantly, if anyone lacked anything. 3. Almost everyone lacked drinks during the day and had to wait a long time to get hold of a servant and get them to come with something. Since we were not satisfied with the above points we chose to complain to the owner, which must be said to be an even more disappointing experience than the highly disappointing experience we had for the confirmation. For every complaint, he had an answer, and refused to take responsibility for even the least part of our complaints. Broccolien in the broccoli salad was for example Frossen, where his answer to it was that he could not understand. The answer to his servants was not visible or came and asked if you would like something to drink was that we had his highest trained servant to the event so that he could not give us right. He was not even present, so he can not answer and it just shows that he refuses to take responsibility. We have been several who have been inside and make a review of the experience, but several of them he has otherwise removed. He wouldn't start with any of the price, but said that if we removed the reviews he would. This we refused, but he ended up giving us a very modest rejection in the price. In no way I can recommend the place and not at all for major events, we know all that the kind can happen and it is not what we blame them for. Had he been welcoming and had apologized and taken responsibility, this could have been resolved without us having to go out and tell public about our experience. However, I feel that the experience has been so bad that I will have to warn that you risk poor food, poor service and a complete unambled owner if you book your arrangement on Vollerup kro. I have previously experienced poor service, but never in such a degree that I have complained about it and asked for a rejection in the price, and I have never written a review. The experience was just so little that it is the only right to do. This review is probably removed again, but now I have at least done what I could to warn others about the place.

Holded round birthday on Vollerup kro. Very cozy place. The food was super, made completely comfortable and plentiful. The salads fresh and tasty. The wine good. Lasse, the perfect servant eye on every finger. Incredible rar towards the children.

Was out to an event. And looked forward to a cozy day with good food. However, bad disappointed. The court was tartar. Here was the lack of full, stored by a tomato. The main course was buffet. It was a sad experience. There was not much of it. And either it was almost rotten. Or frozen. Ceasar salad was whole salad leaf, and croutons drowned in a very thin dressing. It has not seen the shade of chicken. Not a place I come again and it was definitely not worth the money.

I was confirmation on Vollerup Kro, which I had been looking forward to. However, it was not the experience you had hoped. There were several things where you wondered. 1.
