My classic chicken burritos always fresh and hot never fail

Order was wrong manager started yelling at me and wouldn't give a refund or credit towards the right order. Customer service is very poor go somewhere else.

I've been going to this Del Taco for years and Phyllis is truly one of the reasons I come back to this location. If she's ever had a bad day, she definitely didn't bring it into work because she has been a ray of light from drive through speaker to window every single time I've ordered. Always positive, prompt and smiling. After a long hard day at work my grumpy self can't help but be bubbly and kind back to her while she's STILL AT WORK. shout out to Phyllis and another quick shoutout to Madison working the window who was also extremely kind and receptive with my order today. Never had a bad experience here.

Bad attention. I ordered a burrito, they gave it all cold, I asked for ketchup and they didn't add it, I told them extra guacamole and the last thing I had was guacamole and the coke was pure water. It's the only thing they do and they do it wrong. Furthermore, they say they don't speak Spanish when they know how to say yes in Spanish.... I knew that the person who served me spoke Spanish and refused to serve me in Spanish. I will never return and if you want to eat and enjoy your food I recommend you not go to that place.
