Aurum Food Wine Aspen Snowmass

I had a wonderful experience here at Aurum with the wonderful help of our server Vi, she suggested many wonderful dishes with such detail, but I ended up getting a Bibb wedge salad and the apple tartetatine which were both really flavorful.

A gem at the base of Snowmass Village. We had 3 outstanding dishes, including the bluefin tuna, and shrimp lettuce wraps. The bartenders made us a variety of delicious and creative cocktails. All the staff treated us like family Highly recommend.

Wonderful. We tried Aurum our first night in Snowmass Village. We ordered the Parker house rolls, Bibb wedge salad, seared bluefin tuna and the New York steak. Everything was fantastic, cooked just right and tasty. We started off with Ski Lift Drink and the Aurum Old Fashioned both of which were very good. We were so happy that when the rest of our party arrived the next day we all went back and then back again for happy hour on the third night. It was our favorite place to hang out after skiing all day.

Really enjoyed our meal here and so glad we discovered this place! We used to feel like dining options for a nicer meal were kind of limited in Snowmass but we had a great experience here! All of the staff was super friendly, the ambience was very nice, and the food was excellent. We will definitely be coming back when we return to Snowmass!

I always choose this place not only for its food, the burgers are a must here, trust me! But also for their excellent service! Eugenia thank you for always receiving us so kindly and making us feel welcome! This place does it all, views, food and service! The best place in town!
