Subway - Smyrna

Went to get a sandwich on my lunch break. the touchscreen was not working properly so my order had a different sandwich than what i had asked for. i told them if they could just make it with the meat i had picked and everything else was fine. they got angry and told me they would have to throw it away. i asked if they would make my sandwich and they refused. Lazy owner would just recommend going to publix.

This location has alot to offer. They have a Drive Thru window as well as a dining room. They also Cater! Feed your crew with Subway. They offer Fresh Fit for Kids Meals, $6.49 Meal of the Day, Breakfast. Make your footlong a Protein Wrap or a Protein Bowl! Fresh baked cookies and bread. Regular chips or baked. And Local favorites. Well staffed with smiling faces and a clean cool dining area, ready to serve you!

I went to this location and went to the drive thru. HUGE MISTAKE on my part. I asked for EXTRA cheese, which I paid for, extra lettuce, extra spinach and extra onions. (Pictures below, hardly any spinach or onions OR CHEESE). I drove all the way home on the other side of town, opened it to find this small portion with NONE of the modifications I specified. Very disappointed and learned my lesson, will have to go inside or go to another location. We ordered 3 sandwiches and none of them were made with amount of ingredients desired. Believe it or not, I?m not that picky but I?m pregnant and got a 6 inch sandwich. Had I known I?d be ripped off I would have gotten a footlong! To top it off-I?m still hungry.

Horrible, 2nd time I?ve made a order here and both times my sandwich was missing a lot I was not told before paying or notified at all. Completely recommend going elsewhere ???? waste of time and money

Footlong Veggie with Oatmeal bread. Very good and the server was most attentive. Got 2 cookies and bag of Harvest chips.
