Ember Smoked Bbq - Smyrna

Green Beans and Smokehouse Corn seemed like they came out of a can with a little bit of butter melted on them. Mac and cheese was a bit better but nothing to write home about. the A Pound of Shack Baby Backs definitely was the best item ordered, the bark on the outside of the ribs was good, the sauce was just sweet enough and with the sugar sealed in the moisture into the pork nicely. I really enjoyed the outer edge of the ribs with how they crisped and carried the flavor. the meat between the ribs and under the cap didn't carry a lot of flavor. due to the sides and ribs being inconsistent in flavor I have reviewed this establishment at 3 stars.

The deviled eggs were disgusting. The egg white was hard and dry, and the egg yolk filling was runny and tasted like they didn't have any egg yolk in the mixture at all! highly disappointed!

This is just Logan's the hush puppies have no brisket in them at all, their buffalo wings were salty, and the friend had cinnamon and salt and sugar. Very weird not worth $30

The ribs were not fall off the bone as before when I ordered they were tough couldn't hardly cut thru then to separate they were terrible
