Bidra med feedbackDunkin is my coffee donuts place, has been since my 1st trip to one when I was a young boy. Everyone has their favorite place. My only complaint about Dunkin is they removed the counters from their restaurants a long while back. Like most of usfrom my generation we loved going to diners and Dunkin's to sit at the counter, converse with other counter folks. It was agreat experience that I for one miss but times change and we adapt! Thank you Dunkin for your app that guided Me in a drive toFlorida, showing me every Dunkin along Rt 95 having consistent product at all of them.
The register at the front of the store was not working so I had to order where you would usually pickup the food and there was some confusion. The crew was not communicating with each other and it took about 10 minutes before I could order my food. Thecoffee is always delicious and the food items were ok.
I'll go there every morning. the line is sometimes long for the journey through, but they make it quite fast. I love the service of the people in the window. they? always so beautiful and cheerful.
I really enjoy this Dunkin' just as much as the one near my home in Middletown. My child loves their specialty donuts; they truly make her day. I have to highlight how fantastic the staff is here. One day while I was doing DoorDash, I had two orders to pick up, and there were some issues due to my inability to reach the customers. The staff, especially one woman, was incredibly nice and helpful. Usually, when I encounter issues while dashing, other places' staff tend to ignore me. However, they genuinely cared and offered suggestions on how to resolve the situation, helping me get everything sorted out. They even brought the food to me while I was on the phone with support trying to figure things out. They were quicker at confirming that everything was ready to go than the DoorDash support hotline! I can't emphasize enough how kind they were, and I will definitely stop by with my family whenever we're in the area! Thank you for your help as I navigate my journey as a relatively new dasher!
What happened to this Dunkin'? It used to be fantastic with the morning team they had. Now there are longer lines than usual both in the drive-thru and inside, and the service is slower. There are more errors with orders, and it seems like they're training new employees during busy hours. The staff is completely different… What went wrong? Have all the original employees left?
