Bidra med feedbackThe strangest experience. My friend called to see if they are underless mimoses and the rude guy who answers the phone immediately noticed, no sir, underless mimoses are illegal. So he asked if she had some kind of brunch special or maybe a special on Mimosas. The guy sarcastically noticed we have a lot of specials, come in to see. Then my friend asked if he could share exactly what the special might be. He said no, you can come in and see for yourself. When I felt warmed, I decided to call me another line. The same guy answers the phone and I formulated it if they had any specialties on Mimosas for Brunch today. He said jaup, we have a lot of specials, come and see. So I asked if he could share what they were, and he noticed, no, not over the phone Darling. What I then said was strange, and he finally says well, ugh, we have $14.95 pitchers of mimosas. I said why it was so difficult for you. And he notices because I have people coming to the restaurant and I'm not trying to share specials as people here. You want to see it, come in and check it yourself. We want you to come in here, don't call and ask what we have. How the hell? Never go here because if that's how they treat someone who tries to visit their place for the first time, I don't want a part of it.
Laid back attentive a bit classier Smyrna sports bar. Place kept up nicelyGets busy on the weekends.Barkeeps v friendly attentive. Ask for Riley Fried pickles above-avgChicken tenders right onFish n chips superb; they really goes out of way to go beyond a basic sports ba menu, with their sandwiches pasta.Their rooftop seating shots popular here- see O-Bomb or Fireball Shorty.
Third time visiting for Browns backers supporting the Cleveland Browns.Best thing is the gathering of true Cleveland Browns fans!!! That is the complete strength of this place. The service goes up down. It's never really great nor really badd this time just meh. It took an parliamentary decree to be assigned a seat nearer the game. Really?Nothing really grabs my taste palette but it could be just me. The nachos with pork were bad couldn't finish them. Wings are passable but not great. The Browns backers were the stars of the show!! Supporting our moribund team through thick n then.Food Service each with a 1.5 2.Vibe a 5 for the people inside
The food was good, but the service was pretty bad. It took a long time to place drink orders and then more time to receive them (nothing from the bar just tea and water). Our appetizer, the spicy cheese sticks, came out quickly once it was ordered and was tasty (pictured). Then we waited at least 20 minutes before our entree order was taken, with no drink refills (we asked our server for a refill but he apparently forgot). Our burgers came out quickly and were really tasty. I got up and found the ketchup because our server hadn't stopped by, and one of the other servers noticed we were pretty much being ignored and refilled our drinks for us. It's possible our server was just overloaded, but if so, they need to figure out their staffing because they had plenty of business. Overall I wouldn't return when there are alternatives nearby like Stockyard, Marlow's, etc that I've had much better experiences with.
I’ve been here several times. If it’s nice outside, it’s worth it to eat upstairs on the roof. Otherwise, it’s just ok. We usually come when it’s convenient and open late. Food is fine, servers are friendly, prices are...fine. Everything is just very mediocre.Tonight we waited an hour for our food (maybe 15 minutes for service? , and the place wasn’t really crowded. No wait, a fair number of patrons snide, but lots of empty tables. I ordered the Creatwood Club, which is a club sandwich, but I got a burger. The burger was ok…fries were cold and stale and the bottom bread was too soggy so I had to eat it with a fork. On my bill, I was charged for “The Creatwood,” so maybe they have a burger called The Creatwood and a club called The Creatwood Club. This naming seems cute but clearly no one with experience in waiting tables was consulted. Our server was very nice and prompt she brought us the bill even before we finished eating. This is very American style, I think…wait a long time, then get the bill and the food simultaneously because they want you to vacate the table. I don’t mind, really; I’m fine paying early and leaving when I’m ready.Overall, I think they’ve become a bit complacent because their low key, friendly atmosphere and location in the heart of Smyrna all but guarantees them a steady stream of customers. But they can do better! As I said, the servers and staff are friendly and polite, and I think they just have either some management issues or some staffing issues (and who doesn’t this year, I guess .
