Bidra med feedbackThis location on Thornton Rd gave me my first ever bad customer experience at any Chick-fil-A. I ordered and paid for lunch on the mobile app and went to the store to pick up. When I got into the window, I was asked to pay. I explained that I had a mobile job and showed my reception. The manager, Stephanie said there was a problem at her end and she wouldn't give me my order unless I paid again. On behalf of the customer label, she would have accepted my entrance, given me my order and solved the problem after lunch break. Instead, she called the police to remove me from the car drive. Yeah, the police. I had to call the office to get a refund. I'll never spend another meal here.
Customer service is slippery. Last week I went through the Drive-Thru to pick up an online order. When I went to the callbox, no one answered, so I went into the window. When I raised, I told the participant that nobody answered the call box. The participant ignored me, and a male worker who makes orders called out, All the others heard the callbox! . I screamed back and said again: I wait from the callbox and nobody answered! The participant still mute, pushed my order through the window. I checked my order, what was right, and drove away. The scarcity of pandemic and personnel really causes the level of customer service in places like Chick-fil-A.
I came through the drive through frantic this morning, because my caterer cancelled 10 minutes prior to my event started, so i had to order 50 sandwiches sides through the drive through AND coffee, not only were they super helpful nice but they made sure their was nothing else I needed before I left. Great service.
Let me start by saying I?m a Signature Member with Chick-fil-A. My family and I visit this location at least twice a week (spent $36+ just last night) I had a minor issue today from another location with too much salt on our fries. By the time I realized it I was closer to the the South Cobb Dr. location. When I went in to politely ask they remake the fries the manager on-duty told me no and I responded that was very poor customer service and said I won?t be visiting this location in the future and she said ?that?s fine?. Needless to say I won?t darken the doorstep of the Chick-fil-A. Truett Cathy would be appalled to say the least.
ALWAYS nice, patient so helpful. I have a complicated order with lots of extra stuff on the side they always get it right. I get spicy filet with extra salsa yogurt parfait with 3 packs of granola. So yummy So thankful for this consistentchicfila! Frosted coffees are DELICIOUS too.
