Bidra med feedbackVery disappointed! I ordered breakfast for my children through the chick fil a app. I came to the restaurant and checked by the app at 10:23 clock. the kerl on the order confirmed my breakfast order. when I got into the window at 10:33. they told me they canceled my order because they served only lunch. They said I could order the lunch menu, but that was all they could do. I usually do not think of their long lines because the service and food quality was always worth. I will not return to the smyrna TN site.
This low check is based exclusively on the experience at the run through as they were opened again. eating is almost impossible because it is very difficult to enter and leave the parking space without getting into the line of travel. they should have pushed the line through all the way to the right side of the parking space at their entrance and that would allow people to circle the parking space. we went there last Saturday and were 40 minutes in the line to get two Chick-fil-A cookies. we got our order, while we still hold in the line and when we came out of the line, we had already eaten our food. we will not be back through the way.
We used to go to this branch before it got remodeled and it was exceptionally fast, courteous, friendly, and up to their standards. After reopening, we went there yesterday, Thursday, May 19, 2022, and we were excited that it was reopened after the remodeling, however, the experience was nothing to chick fil a standards, it was more of other type of fast food vibes that I will not mention here. We initially went through the drive through, but now that it has two lanes, the left lane blocks anyone that wants to eat inside and leave afterwards, so if there are cars in line on the left lane, you would need to wait until the line goes down just to get out of the parking lot. We noticed this and noticed that it was taken longer than usual to get through the drive thru so we decided to park and dine in. Immediately coming in, we noticed the lighting inside was extremely bright, the music was not your typical inspirational vibe, it was more of a elegant restaurant type of music. The staff was moving extremely slow paced with no sense of urgency to serve the public. The energy level and vibe was very low and extremely unexpected, given the way Chick Fil A has their standards. The greeting by the cashier was low and no sense of wanting to provide the up most customer service that they are known for. After we sat down, there were several parties waiting for their food for several minutes, we received ours in 15min, which is not bad, comparing to others, but before the remodeling, it would be in 5min tops. I understand there are several employees who are new, however, even if you’re new, it seems like the training is not effective and needs to be revamped as well. The food was great and up to their standards, but we were very disappointed with the service and the way the drive through has been remodeled to where it is not organized at all. I know we are living in a time where customer service standards have gone down to where it almost doesn’t exist anymore, but Chick Fil A always kept their quality on top. To walk into this establishment after their remodeling and see and feel the vibe of slowness and chill and laid back casual type of energy, was way off of what this franchise is all about. If this is the new way Chick Fil A is operating, then I guess they have decided to lower their standards.
I agree the parking lot is weird set up… but the food is amazing. Got a deluxe and was so juicy and good!!! They did not forget anything either even though the line was super long and they were slammed around dinner time. Even if they did forget something, these people are human, don’t write a bad review on that! The food is good that’s all that matters people geez…
This place has the most unfriendly, rude staff for a Chick-fil-A. corp also doesn't matter. each time I order something, they forget something. miss them, lack of sauce, lack of dressing, lack of eating. not for the first time. it happened 5 times since they reopened and 8 times before the rebuild. Beyond that, they will go from them, they will look at them and not say a word when they go to business to repair them. Once they finally talk to you, they never say sorry, thanks or something.
