Pizza Pizza - Smiths Falls

This restaurant serves the cheapest pizza I know of, but the taste is terrible. This pizza tastes just like frozen pizza at frozen pizza prices. I do not recommend this pizza at all. For a few more dollars you can get an excellent pizza within less than a block.

Nice old charming location. Fast food outlet . Speciaity pizza , chicken wings etc. Sit in ot take out. I had the good to go. Medium pizza all dressed. Good quality. Fast efficient service. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced as well. Well worth a wee visit. Limited parking as its on a corner site. Free parking not far away. Easy to find.

From the fake cheese to the factory produced sauce and the highly processed nitrate laden "meats" this is one nasty Zaaa. Stay away. Yech.

Kids working in a busy environment with zero adult supervision is a bad combination ... Terrible customer service ... Forgot my order completely ..after the 3 people who ordered after me got there food I asked where mine was ...kids laughing like no big deal ...45 min for walk in ? Didn't offer me anything just a bunch of back talk kid named Dennis ...should be fired disrespectful kid

Pizza Pizza is usually our go-to when we have company, since the price is decent and the pizzas are soaking wet from oil like Pizza Hut. Leading into easter weekend we had a group of people over so my husband went over to order two medium pepperoni pizzas and two medium cheese pizzas. While waiting for his order several people came in after him and all received their orders, some of which were larger than his own. After more than an hour he still hadn't received our orders. When he asked how much longer it would be, it turned out the staff had completely forgotten him and the order, even though he'd sat in front of them over an hour. They were kind enough to offer free drinks to go with the pizza, but the unnecessary wait took a huge chunk of time out of our plans with our guests. I wish I could say this was a first, but I've had problems with the staff several times over the last six years where they simply forgot they had a customer waiting. As for the food itself, the dough is about average quality for fastfood pizza. I've noticed in the last two years or so they've cut back on the amount of base sauce and cheese they use, which has been a big detriment to the quality of the final product. Pizza Pizza has the only chicken wings I'll eat, although they tend to be a sticky mess for hands. The panzerottis are consistently good, however be aware that the pepperoni slices are often too large and can quickly create a mess or burn hazzard if you're not careful.
