Pastry Land Bakery - Smithfield

Now this is a great find! Awesome assortment of pastries, frozen variety too! So happy I found this place!

Went to Pastry Land to get a few goodies for a few of my aunts. Not only was this a nice place, with very friendly people, but everything we got was amazing. Highly recommend Pastry Land Bakery

By far the very best in the State. Their Italian pastry, their pizza, spinach pies, calzones, everything I've had far surpasses any other I've ever tasted. I've never been disappointed. I always know anything I choose to order will be outstanding.

The term kid in a candy shop should also apply to Pastry Land, which is a surprisingly large store stuffed full of pastries, cakes, cookies, cannoli, and even savory reheatable items like calzones. They also do a brisk business in pre-ordered cakes. As for the cannoli, there were plenty of irresistible flavors like tiramisu, chocolate mousse, and the pistachio which I enjoyed. Best of all, they 're open fairly long hours every day except Monday, and are well-stocked enough (at the slight expense of freshness, to the extent things have been sitting in display cases for more than a day) so that they won 't run out of things by early morning. A nice, local, independent find while exploring the Ocean State on a road trip.

Will be back time and time again. Whenever we order desserts from other bakeries, we always compare to Pastryland. Definitely our favorite.
