Tim Hortons - Smithers

Since they changed some of the servers, this Timmie’s is ok now. Hot coffee is all I recommend as we don’t eat donuts often and would rather eat at home for meals. The drive threw is much faster than inside. Keep your order simple and...your good to go!

Pretty quiet inside. The drive thru was more busy. Good and quick. Consistent quality items and service with a smile.

I would describe this restaurant as average. By 8 o'clock, there was a line of cars waiting in the drive-thru on the street. The coffee was good, but the breakfast sandwiches seemed hastily put together with nearly raw bacon.

I had lunch at this restaurant and ordered a sandwich, but it did not come with the advertised extras. Instead, I received a tasteless and mediocre donut. I also ordered a 10-pack of new pickers, but when I opened them 100 kilometers down the road, they were all regular and almost identical. The customer service was nonexistent, and the quality of the food and attention to detail was extremely poor. I would not recommend stopping at this restaurant.

Great counter service and even won a free tea with the promo. Staff busy doing a deep clean of the tables and chairs which is appreciated. Very good experience.
