Listvyanka Club Grill - Slyudyanka

Nice food, nice atmosphere and close to the lake. Menus were in both English and Russian. Its clean and bright with some nice paintings on the wall. Service was good for Russia and the waitress did her best to speak to be in English. I'd return there to eat.

The rooms you can rent behind this 'club ' are very nice. The people in the service industry in Russia are generally speaking not very friendly, and the people here are prime example. The accommodation is very new and the food is tasty, but expensive for Russian standards. All in all its very decent, but I would look somewhere else if you want a more pleasant experience.

During our dinner, Chinese group stop over their big bus in front of the restaurant and occupy half-of the road. So the other drivers had no choice but to turn their handle to the opposite side of the road in order to go in their way. Also the seats, around 40-50 seats occupied by Chinese suddenly. I 'm not so sure that this restaurant whether have group reservation regularly but it 's too noisy and even we could not enjoyed our dinner. They pull out some stinky source and share that each other by hanging around. Me and husband always think about not to be ugly Korean every single of the trip. That 's why this kind of happening is so special to us. We just learned again that any action or intention for our own small joy could BE the unpleasant memory to someone else. All we just want was just get out of this place quickly after finishing our dinner as soon as possible.

Completly disappointing. Service was the worst I have ever had in my life, we waited a long time afterwards we just took the self initiative and went to the waitress to order, the waitress was very young and seemed to be super annoyed, afterwards we waited around 45 minutes no food, not even the drinks (tea) were served... so we asked again the waitress, waited another 10 min and left afterwards! Hungry and grumpy! Even if the view was nice, i would never ever go there again! So dont waste your time there!

I had the baked Omul fish with potatoes and cheese, and the Baikal white fish with spinach and pine nuts to separate locations during my stay in listvyanka. both dishes and their service were fantastic! very recommend the Baikal white fish with spinat and pine nuts, it was delicious!
