Terrible I have ordered my meal and I got the complete wrong one and my calls are not being answered neither are my messages being replied to. Do not recommend go another place
THIS PLACE IS GOING DOWN THE HELL. ONE OF THE WORST PLACE TO EAT. I DONT KNOW WHO IS GIVING THEM THESE WHITE SHIRTS AND ACT LIKE A SHIFT MANAGERS. THEY ARE USELESS CARELESS. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM IGNORE EVERYONE. Ignoring the customers ignoring the delivery drivers waiting for over an hour. They have over 20 people working inside. Just walking up and down. They should allocate everyone to each section. Its a mess everyone is everywhere. disappointed
I traveled from Birmingham to visit my family in Taplow and decided to buy McDonald's for my grandchildren. I have the app, but I wasn't sure how to order using my points. I asked a gentleman named Nazeem behind the counter for help. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable, going through everything step by step for me. I truly hope his management recognizes his excellent customer service. Thank you, Nazeem.
We got there at 10:58 and were so pleased that breakfast was still being served. However, we got no hash browns with our breakfast meals and the hot chocolate tasted just like hot water. To be fair, we went back and we got our hash browns, but really how hard is it to complete someone’s order.
