Bistro Bianconi - Sligo

There was nothing labelled vegan on the menu except “vegan cheese” in the add section. They do not serve soup nor do they have vegan risotto as the happy cow description says. We ordered the bruschetta, the vegetarian pizza, and the penne pasta all sub cheese for vegan cheese. It was pretty good. Service was atrocious, but I think that was just our server and not representative of the whole restaurant.

What a cute and cozy restaurant! They make a really good vegan pizza, I'm from Italy, so if I say that it's good you have to trust me, it's a real vegan Italian pizza

Really nice to get a vegan option on a Monday in Sligo. Really nice atmosphere and staff are accommodating when it comes to questioning. The menu.

We had the best Italian dish there, of all places, in Sligo. Had linguine with chicken in a white sauce. The chicken was cooked perfectly. Great atmosphere. Good menu and wine list

The best pizza! I can't say for sure that I have ever had a better one!
