Bruiser's - Slidell

I was on a mission... After discovering this local gem in Slidell, I wanted to sample everything on their menu. To this day, I’m halfway through and enjoying every moment of it. The people, location, atmosphere, and food are all fantastic. My favorite dish is from the specials menu: the Dirty Dell Dog. It's a perfectly roasted hot dog served on classic French bread, topped with tomatoes, sport peppers, Chicago relish, mustard, and a sprinkle of celery salt, all made with love. Seriously, this flavor combination is incredible! But really, everything on their menu is worth trying, from their Seattle-style hot dogs to their personalized dogfish options at Barduca Stop. Just order everything—you can't go wrong!
