We had our best dining experience in Skopelos in this restaurant. We went 3 times all together during our stay and every meal we had was absolutely delicious. What we loved even more though was the lovely atmosphere of the outdoor seating under the pomegranate tree and especially the kind staff. Both the owner and the waiter we met were so kind and welcoming that it made our stay in Skopelos extra special. The restaurant and the people working there have special kind of calmness and positive energy that you just feel throughout the whole time there. This is the place I'd love to go anytime I need a bit of positive lift at the end of a rather long day as well as when I feel like celebrating. But truly any day is a good day to visit Rodi. We dined inside, uninteresting decor (the outside is prettier). And on the plate, it’s OK, nothing more. The dishes are not elaborate, the raw materials are not of excellent quality (mediocre olive oil, unripe tomato), there was a lack of flavor on the plate. We do not recommend the address. Set in a tranquil oasis only a heartbeat from the thriving hustle and bustle of Skopelos Town's main drag, Rodi is by far the most exquisite surprise of this beautiful island. Small tables nestled intimately around an ancient pomegranate tree make for an exceptional setting. The host is friendly and will welcome you with an open smile and knowledgeable wine recommendations. The main event, the food, is simply sublime, bursting with local flavours and cooked to perfection, served in hand-made ceramics from a studio on the very same street. I cannot recommend Rodi enough.
