Tumi Store Old Orchard - Skokie

Best luggage money can buy and the sales staff are very nice.

My son bought me a gift here that I came to return. Had the gift receipt and the original. They won't refund his without the card he purchased it on. Trip #2. I brought the receipts PLUS the card he used to purchase the gift with. Clerk refused to return unless my son brings it back. Very difficult to deal with. Super frustrating.

My experience at the Tumi store at Old Orchard Mall left much to be desired. A few years back, I had returned a Christmas gift without a receipt (I didn 't have the heart to tell the gift giver it wasn 't my taste . The then store manager said they couldn 't give me cash (okay or a gift card with store credit (huh? . Instead they could only keep a record of the credit with this particular store and I 'd have to come back and buy something there. While unconventional, I agreed, happy to at least receive some form of store credit. Fast forward to today. I went to the store and the current manager, while nice enough, said that the store should have provided a gift card with store credit when I made the return. She said they don 't keep store specific credits in their computer. Lo and behold, neither the store nor Tumi corporate had any record of my return or store credit, leaving me SOL. Despite my interest in purchasing a bag, no effort was even made to offer a discount in order to keep my business (I am a long time Tumi bag owner . Needless to say, I will not be shopping at Tumi stores especially the Old Orchard location anytime soon.

Received amazing level of service while getting luggage today. Complimentary monogramming were among some of the services offered to me. The friendly staff did a artful job insuring my initials were on there perfectly. Thank you for being such a help! Would definitely recommend!! Btw they did a great job monogramming!

Great collection of luggages and office bags. Quality is outstanding.
