Bidra med feedbackThe dining room had only filled 4 tables, but it was 30 minutes waiting. They explained that there was only one server/bodier. There must be more than one server on a Sunday night. Covid is no longer an excuse for employees problems like this, learn to pay your staff better, and you might have better retention
We waited for 30 minutes before being seated at the restaurant. Despite having only a few tables, we were told there would be a 20-30 minute wait. It seemed that the kitchen was focused on fulfilling orders rather than prioritizing the customers in the restaurant.
We had dined at this restaurant many times before the pandemic, but had not returned until today. Despite the challenges of the past two years, they persevered with takeout orders. We decided it was time to dine in again, especially since our 4-year-old couldn't remember visiting before COVID. We had a fantastic experience - the staff were friendly and the food was delicious. Our server Sachelle was excellent, and Anthony carefully served our dessert. The kids are already asking to come back soon!
Bottomless pages and drinks. Can I say more??? Freckled Limonade has not changed at all and the burgers are all still juicy delicious. Add a fried egg for some of this egg yolk action.
I have always loved the burgers at Red Robin, but this time was underwhelming. The tables were greasy, as were the drinking cups. The bottomless fries, which are usually my favorite part, were previously cooked, slightly burned, and cold when they hit the table. This is the first time this has happened so I will give it another shot.
