I would highly recommend Ovy catering to anyone who is planning to host a wedding. There food was absolutely phenomenal!! My guests are still talking about how amazing and delicious the food was at our wedding the appetizers, entrees, deserts, and late night snacks were so unique and perfectly executed. I had so many comments from friend and family that this was the 'best wedding food they had ever had! ' From the time we had our first tasting to the wedding day, Ovy and his team were professional, patient, accommodating and really made us feel like we were more than just clients. Our wedding had to be postponed an entire year due to Covid and even through all the changes and add ons they were always so helpful and attentive. His team responded immediately to all of my emails and questions, gave us plenty of options for food choices and place settings. When I first walked into our reception room, I was in complete awe at how lovely the table settings were (plates, dish ware, linens). It was exactly as we had discussed and I was so thankfully we had selected them to cater our event. On a personal note, I also want to say that Ovy was very kind to me and my husband. When we visited his kitchen/store front he gave us some delicious homemade sausage to try at home, and then after the wedding day he wrote me a very kind note to congratulate us on the big day. I think those gestures really show how much pride they have in their food and how important their clients are to them. I cannot recommend Ovy Catering more highly and I hope to work with them again in the future for another event of ours. Excellent food and superb catering service form the whole team!!!

We hired Ovy Catering for our wedding and we are not easy customers! We had a ridiculous menu for them that consisted of three different cuisines that were all complicated and a venue without a kitchen! We first started with our tasting that basically blew all the other vendors out of the water so we had to go with them! They were prices reasonably, communication was pretty easy and they team really loves what they do. Most vendors out there they are just doing this as a job and want to move on to the next customer. And honestly most catering vendors know that once you pay 30 days before the event that they are good to go to move on to the next customer but not these guys. We were making tweaks till the very end and this was the first wedding we have ever been to where almost everyone was talking about how amazing the food was. We even came up with a new dish that didn't even exist anywhere on the web and they knocked it out of the park with that as well! We will be hiring them again! Most weddings people go to no one remembers the food because it's usually basic AF. But our menu was diverse to a point where people where asking for the recipe at the end of the night! Now my wife and I are both very strong home cooks and foodies and we stand firmly behind this vendor. They went above and beyond to make sure we had nothing to worry about on our wedding day. Don't hesitate with this team as they get booked up FAST! So get them while you can passionate team that delivers on everything they promise. Ovy Catering was fantastic to work with from beginning to end. Of all of the vendors both catering and beyond that we worked with, they were the most responsive, reasonable, and delivered in spades the day of. Their prices were reasonable, they were transparent with available options, and they both listened and asked great questions to help us realize our vision. Oh, and most importantly, the food was fantastic (all of our guests agreed). Ati was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the process and Ovy and the team was professional, efficient, and delivered on the night of the wedding. I cannot recommend them enough.

In one word..SPECTACULAR! From the collaboration and pre event preparation, to the final execution, hands down an impeccable experience! The food (taste and presentation) is worthy of Michelin stars. Thank you, Ovy for taking our event (Romanian Blues Gala 2022) to the level that it deserves!

Ovy was our caterer for our April 2022 wedding at Stan Mansion in Chicago. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them we had to postpone our 2021 wedding they were wonderful to work with throughout that process. The tasting was great, they were so helpful when it came to picking our menu, and really made it a point to make things as easy as possible throughout the entire planning process. And then the food! Our guests raved about it (we had many people comment to us about the sorrell soup it was SUCH a hit). Ovy is fun, great to work with, and just fantastic food!
