I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant, with a medium coffee. Instead of informing me that this location does not serve bacon, I was sold and ate this whatever substitute meat. I really did not appreciate this considering if the roles were reversedlawsuits would be filed. I was not given a receipt, otherwise I would have gone right back for a refund. I will not be visitingthis location ever again.

I’ve had a disappointing experience with customer service at this restaurant. As a regular patron, I’m familiar with most of the staff here. However, the new employee, Mehran, doesn't seem to know how to interact with customers properly. He really needs some training; otherwise, we might consider going to a different location. His poor attitude has made us hesitant to return. I urge the owner to take this matter seriously, as this location once had the best staff around.

The service from the team was excellent. They were very helpful and provided the best service I've experienced at any Dunkin' Donuts in the area. Kudos to Mehran and Phillip!

The place is somewhat disorganized, but you can grab some coffee and snacks. However, I don't find it to have a pleasant atmosphere for sitting down and enjoying your coffee indoors.
