I ordered the sampler plate the fries were great but the chicken were to crispy and hard to eat and my moms ribs plate too. I did mentioned it to the waiter and took it back andexchanged it. A+ to the waiter, super nice!
Decent restaurant. Food was ok. Service was a bit slow.
An hour later, we still had no food. Since we were celebrating a friend's 40th birthday, we weren't focused on the time until hunger really started to take over. We ultimately decided to ask them to box up our food to go because we were ready to leave. After another 15-20 minutes of waiting, we started to exit the restaurant, just as the hostess brought out our meals. We had to divide the food outside, and when I checked my order of nachos, I found that I had the toppings but no nachos to go along with them. Overall, our night was a complete disappointment, and I will never return to this location.
Once we were finally seated, our server was polite and attentive. We had a larger party of seven, and our meals arrived quickly. Unfortunately, the food was lukewarm to cold - a disappointment for everyone at the table. While our server did his best, the combination of the long wait in a mostly empty restaurant and the lack of temperature in the food leads me to believe this might be my last visit to Chili's. Again, the food would have met expectations if it had been served hot, but it just wasn't up to Chili's standards.
**Old Review:** This Chili's location recently managed to fully staff up again after the COVID situation. One of the female managers is very nice, but I've found the male manager to have a colder demeanor; he doesn't seem to smile at all. The food quality here can be hit-or-miss—sometimes dishes are overcooked, while other times they arrive cold as if they've been sitting out too long. I've yet to have a truly great experience here. For instance, the fajitas that are supposed to be sizzling sometimes come out hot and sizzling, while other times they're lukewarm like they've been left to rest. On the bright side, the waitstaff is exceptional when it comes to customer service, which is definitely the strongest aspect of this place. I've noticed that various waiters come to your table, almost as if they are juggling customers, which is a bit odd since the restaurant isn’t usually busy. The signature burgers are quite good, but at $11 each, they really should be. However, don’t be deceived by the appealing pictures. My rice was overcooked and tasted stale, the shrimp were rubbery, and the chicken portion was very small. The chicken wings had a great sauce, but there was blood seeping from the bone as if they were flash-fried from frozen. They also served me one flat wing and seven drumsticks. After giving this place several chances, I'm not sure if I'll return. Perhaps if I'm in the area and looking for a spot that serves drinks or has TVs for sports. There are definitely areas for improvement here. Maybe they should consider hiring a better head chef or cooks, and provide some training for the managers on how to smile and make customers feel more welcome, rather than selectively engaging with certain guests.
