This hotel is a very bad choice for accommodation. When I booked the room, the receptionist assured me that all rooms had AC. However, upon arrival, I found that the AC unit was present in the room but not connected. Despite it being winter, the staff refused to provide a blower. The room was extremely dirty, with cockroaches present in both the room and the washroom. Additionally, the hotel manager's behavior was very rude.

The service at this restaurant is extremely lacking.

Service is too poor, they don't listen to you when told to do something on first time. Food served was also cold and not enough salt or masala was there. Tables were not cleaned properly not there was leftoved food and tissues lying on the floor and when told to waiters they don't clean it properly and give attitude. Also had to ask for napkins and spoon and it took a long time to serve food, had to wait then received cold food

To be honest , the service is really poor. The staff was very rude and the food was served cold. I would like to rate the place as well. Staff: 01/10 Cleanliness: 03/10 Food :05/10 Environment:04/10 Affordability: 07/10
