Taverna Giudecca Ortigia - SIRACUSA

We loved our dinner at this little gem of a place. Antonio, Angela and the entire team was so friendly and good. The food was excellent! We had the eggplant starter (not coponata but the other one) and two pastas. They were pretty al dente but delicious flavors. Nice wine of the house. A cozy, inviting atmosphere. We felt like family. Recommend!

We visited on a weekday evening and had a fantastic experience the chef/owner is wonderful and friendly and the restaurant truly has a family vibe. The food is rustic and homely. Thank you!

Friendly welcoming little restaurant with open kitchen so you could see the excellent food being prepared. Pretty Sicilian tiled table tops other soft furnishings added to the ambience. We didn’t book ahead as it is quiet in February but as there are only 6 tables you might need to do this at busier times.
