Bidra med feedbackThe wait time for dine-in is absolutely unacceptable. The get you seated and keep you waiting for more than an hour just for a pizza.
This restaurant is about 500m from the Villa Politi, where we were staying and proved a bit of a lifeline as we ate here 3 times in a 4 night stay. They offer a varied menu with a particularly good anti pasti buffet. The staff are friendly and speak reasonable English. All the food was freshly prepared and cooked. On the 3 nights I had pasta, a fantastic chicken salad and a veal Milanese. I really enjoyed each of them. The prices are good too. They are obviously popular with the locals. The first night we were the only people in there until about 9.00, although a lot of pizzas went out for delivery. The second time were were there it was girls night out there was one large family of mothers and children and a couple of smaller tables of women too. This made it much louder and more boisterous but great for people watching. The third night was somewhere between the two in terms of numbers.
Enjoyed this place high ceilings, bright and fairly buzzy and modern. Good food all the usual fare for the region. Did love the nutella pizza (perhaps not so usual) too!
We stumbeled upon this resturant by chance... Pasta was really good and portions were big. I had pasta with zuchinni, tomato and shrimps. I felt like local italian there (that felt nice).
A restaurant for the locals. Location a bit worn down. Food tasty and large portions. Our visit was destroyed by boisterous children who made a lot of noise.
